About Richard Trevillion
An accomplished pharmaceutical executive with nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Mr. Richard Trevillion brings substantial expertise to his current work as the Chief Executive Officer of Amity Partners and Director of Trevillion Associates. Specializing in consulting for the healthcare and technology industries, Richard Trevillion has helped a number of companies find success in a competitive global market through corporate restructuring and principal investment transactions including mergers and acquisitions. Richard Trevillion formed Amity Partners in 2001.
Earlier in his professional development, Richard Trevillion held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Meldex International PLC, a UK-based pharmaceutical and healthcare company. In this role from May 2005 to September 2008, Richard Trevillion successfully implemented a major corporate turnaround of the company, shifting its core operational focus from medical technologies to integrated specialty pharmaceuticals. By the end of his three-year tenure with Meldex International, Richard Trevillion increased the company's revenues from negative earnings to more than £60M. Richard Trevillion was initially brought onto the company as the Interim Chief Executive Officer in April 2005.
Before founding Amity Partners, Richard Trevillion held a number of roles in corporate finance and pharmaceuticals. From 1997 to 2000, Richard Trevillion was the co-lead Senior Director of the healthcare corporate finance team at Arthur Andersen. After leaving Arthur Anderson, Richard Trevillion served as Head of Healthcare for the Technology Corporate Finance Group at Close Brothers Corporate Finance from 2000 to 2002. Richard Trevillion began his career as a solicitor for the law firm of Lovell White Durrant, before joining Simmons & Simmons International Finance and Capital Markets Group.
In addition to his current work with Amity Partners, Mr. Richard Trevillion serves as Non Executive Director of Centrom Group PLC. Although he currently resides in London, Richard Trevillion spends a great deal of time traveling throughout Europe and North America for business.
